Chardonnay, Cortese, Sauvignon Blanc.
The cuvee is formed in a variable percentage of Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Cortese. Fermentation takes place in an isobaric environment for at least one month.
Straw tending to golden yellow in color with lively mousse and fne perlage. The scent is intense, fresh and persistent with foral and fruity notes and a delicate hint of yeast. Taste is fresh, fne and well-balanced, with good aromatic persistence.
Versatile food wine, from aperitif through the entire meal.
Pairs well with delicate favors such as vegetable risotto and seafood dishes, as well as with more intense favors, like salami, swordfsh, and tuna.
