The conditions governing the sale of our products are listed below. Marenco reserves the right to modify these conditions. The validity of the new rules will be effective from the moment of publication on our site, and will be active from that moment.
1 – Ordering products
Orders can be made online on the portal https://shop.marencovini.com. You must be of legal age.
For each transition of the status of your order, the customer will receive an e-mail (order accepted, goods shipped, products delivered). The invoice will be sent by email after delivery. The orders received become binding for Marenco from the moment you receive confirmation, by e-mail or fax, that the entire order process has been completed regularly, the payment has been authorized and the products are available.
Print the order confirmation received and keep it.
If you do not receive the confirmation email or fax, please contact us. In the event of any impossibility, even temporary, to fulfill an order received in whole or in part, Marenco will contact the customer to make the appropriate arrangements, given that the customer is recognized the right to request the partial or total cancellation of the order forwarded and the return of the corresponding amount already paid.
If the customer’s data is incomplete or incorrect, such as to compromise the correct delivery of the products and / or the regular accounting management of the sale, Marenco will contact the customer before processing the order, reserving the right not to accept the order. There is no minimum spending amount.
2 – Filling orders
Purchases can be made by phone or using the shopping cart; the cart displays the products purchased with the unit cost and the total expense.
Once the products to be purchased have been chosen, the following steps are: the choice of the payment system (see next section), the choice of the billing and shipping address (different from the first if the goods are destined for a third person). The shipment of the products takes place when the payment is received.
3 – Right of withdrawal
Online sales are equated to mail order sales.The right of withdrawal allows the customer to return the ordered product if he changes his mind about his purchase. Pursuant to Legislative Decree 15 January 1992 n. 50 and Legislative Decree 185 of 22 May 1999, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.
Therefore, the private customer can, within ten days of receipt of the goods, exercise the right of withdrawal if he does not find a product to his liking or does not comply with the description on the corresponding sheet.
Marenco will, at the customer’s choice, refund the value of the product or replace the item with an equivalent product.
The following rules apply to the right of withdrawal: the customer who exercises it must be a private individual; the law applies to all products sold through the website www.marencovini.com.
The product must be intact, complete with all its parts, including packaging; all costs of returning the products are borne by the customer. To use the return procedure, you must first send an email to: info@marencovini.com having as object “exercise of the right of withdrawal”, indicating: the order number, the date of receipt of the goods, the date and the number of the invoice or receipt, the reason for the withdrawal. Within 3 working days from sending the email, a registered letter must be sent. to:

Within 30 working days from the receipt of the returned products, marenco will proceed to credit the customer with the sums corresponding to the value of the products, as resulting from the invoice or receipt.
The aforementioned amount will not include shipping costs, in accordance with art. 5, paragraph 6, Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999.
4 – Warranties:
The characteristics of the products are shown in the respective product data sheets, and can be consulted at any time of the choice and purchase decision. Marenco guarantees that the products offered for sale are free from defects and the packaging is intact, not damaged or tampered with. In case you find a defect, damage or tampering, we invite you to report it to us as soon as possible, however within seven days, by sending a registered letter with return receipt.
In any case, as regards deteriorated or damaged products due to incorrect packaging, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal in the forms and terms indicated, or can request assistance for the replacement of the product.
The customer is required to check the integrity of the product at the time of delivery, if breakages or damages have occurred, it will be necessary not to accept the delivery specifying the reason on the courier document. This will allow Marenco to be reimbursed by the courier himself and therefore to provide a new delivery. Otherwise Marenco will not be held responsible for the damage and will not be able to make the refund or replacement. The products offered for sale are guaranteed by the respective manufacturers in accordance with the law.
Marenco also guarantees that all products offered for sale comply with the Italian and European Union (EU) standards applicable to them. For any assistance need you can contact us by e-mail info@marencovini.com.
5 – Billing prices:
The prices, published next to each product offered for sale, are inclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes and duties. The total amount charged is given by the sum of the prices of the products purchased (published on the site at the time of the order), in addition to the contribution for delivery costs, if any.
Marenco reserves the right to change the prices of the products and the shipping costs without prior notice, while ensuring that the prices and contributions applied will always be those in force at the time of the order.
Marenco provides its distributor guarantee in accordance with the law and is not liable for damages caused by the improper use of the purchased products as well as their incompatibility with allergies, pathologies or other psychophysical conditions of the customer.
6 – Payment:
Purchases made through the site https://shop.marencovini.com can be paid in the following ways:
- Bank Transfer
It is possible to pay for orders by bank transfer.
By selecting this option, at the end of the online purchase procedure, you will receive an order confirmation via email or fax, with a progressive number, the IBAN code is shown on the website at the time of order confirmation. Within five days of receiving the order confirmation, you must make the bank transfer, indicating as the beneficiary: Casa Vinicola Marenco, p.zza V Emanuele 18, Strevi, clearly indicate in the “reason” of the bank transfer the order number, as shown in our order confirmation. To speed up the fulfillment procedure, you can send us a copy of the transfer with the identification number of the CRO transfer by e-mail to info@marencovini.com.
In all your communications always indicate the order number, as shown in the order confirmation.

It is possible to make the advance payment with Visa, Mastercard, through the Stripe payment system, one of the safest and most reliable on the market.
All credit card data is transmitted directly to the bank’s secure server and not even Marenco can access it.
With respect to online payment security issues, the e-commerce software we use contemplates the best information encryption techniques.

7 – Transport costs and delivery conditions:
Marenco makes home deliveries by express courier or through the postal service with a variable charge based on the weight of the package and the place of delivery.
Transport costs are never included in the price of the product unless it is expressly indicated on the product itself. Orders made with payment by credit card are processed, with reference to the date indicated on the order confirmation which is sent to you by e-mail or fax.
8 – Delivery time:
Italy: within 4/5 working days, for products in stock. We remind you that, in case of payment by bank transfer, the products are sent only when we receive the communication of “payment done” by the bank.
Since in this case the shipping times of the products could be longer, to speed up the times we advise you to send us by fax or email a photocopy of the payment receipt or of the transfer order receipt indicating the CRO number. The terms listed above indicate the period of time that is normally necessary for the preparation and shipping of the products ordered.
Marenco can never be held responsible for any damage deriving from delays occurred during transport. The products are shipped only to the address provided by the person who placed the order

By registering and making purchases through the site https://shop.marencovini.com your data is safe.
All data are in fact transmitted in a protected form and treated in full compliance with the rules on the protection of personal data. Your data is used for the exclusive purpose of completing your orders and, when you authorize us to do so, to communicate news, promotions or other initiatives of your possible interest.
We guarantee you that Marenco. does not communicate your data to other companies or entities that could use them for commercial or promotional actions you do not like.
The only external subjects that can receive your data are those who collaborate with us in the management of commercial transactions, such as for example banks, post offices, couriers.
