Grapes are manually selected and harvested in little baskets.
Fermentation in barriques and fning on lees for 3-4 months.
Intense, bright straw yellow, persistent herbaceous scent and lightly aromatic. Dry, subtle and sustained favour, it will continue to please even after a few years.
Can accompany the entire meal, and is good with white meat and savoury fish.
Open and serve at 12° C in a balloon glass.
